I may sound like a “Karen” for saying this, but honestly, I don’t care. I don’t think that I will ever order from Walmart delivery again. This is the second time in a row that my order was either only half delivered or wasn’t delivered at all–and this is after the delivery person tore up our front yard two previous times because she was scared of the dogs at the house next door to us, who are behind a big fence. The second time, the delivery person even got their car stuck in our yard (after a torrential rain day) and had to be dragged out by a wrecker. This is pathetic. How am I supposed to do business with a company that can’t even hold up their end of the bargain, especially when they charge so much for the service? Yet, when I contact them to cancel the order or to get a refund on the parts of my order that I didn’t receive, they want me to wait 8-10 business days to get my money back. What the fuck?! Honestly, I don’t give a damn about your bottom line, when you can’t even perform the service you are being paid to complete.
